Overview

Identity

Sinclair is a stage magician who turns enemy magic against its owner. He fights alongside a spectral double and can trade places with it when an enemy closes in.

Abilities

1. Vexing Bolt

24 second cooldown

Fire a bolt of magic that deals Damage, increasing as it travels. If you have an Assistant, they also cast Vexing Bolt at reduced damage. Press Ability 1 to redirect the bolt towards your crosshairs.

First upgrade
Bolts apply -25% Fire Rate for 5 seconds.
Second upgrade
-13 Cooldown
Third upgrade · 5 points
+126.0 Max Damage. +50.0% Assistant Damage.

How to use. Let Vexing Bolt travel when the longer path improves its damage, and curve it when that creates the better angle. Keep Spectral Assistant alive so it can copy the shot at reduced damage.

2. Spectral Assistant

40 second cooldown

Summon an Assistant at the targeted location. The Assistant attacks whenever you fire your weapon, dealing Damage. While the Assistant is out, you can press Ability 2 to swap positions with your Assistant. Casting Spectral Assistant also reloads your weapon.

First upgrade
-10 Cooldown
Second upgrade
+7 seconds Duration & 5m Range
Third upgrade · 5 points
+60% Fire Rate and +12.599999 Assistant Damage

How to use. Place Spectral Assistant on an angle the enemy has to respect, then attack from a position where both of you can contribute. Recall the assistant before the enemy kills it for free.

3. Rabbit Hex

26 second cooldown

Hex a target area and transforming all enemies into a Rabbit for a limited duration. Rabbits are small and move faster, but take increased Damage and are unable to perform most actions. Hex does not interrupt abilities.

First upgrade
-10 Cooldown
Second upgrade
1 Hex Duration
Third upgrade · 5 points
+7% Damage Amp and +2m Radius

How to use. Use Rabbit Hex on a dive hero that has already committed or on a grouped target your team can immediately punish. Treat the extra damage window as part of the all-in rather than low-value poke.

4. Audience Participation

85 second cooldown

Copy the Ultimate of an enemy hero for a limited time. Reactivating the ability will use the Copied Ultimate instead. Copies will inherit this ability's upgrade points. Audience Participation will also copy the cooldown.

First upgrade
Upgrade the Copy.
Second upgrade
Upgrade the Copy AGAIN!
Third upgrade · 5 points
Upgrade the Copy ONCE AGAIN!

How to use. Copy the enemy ability that can actually decide the fight, such as Death Slam, Storm Cloud, Singularity, or Grapple Arm. Hold the copy for the real teamfight, and remember that upgrade tiers also upgrade the copied ability.
