Avoid a long close fight inside Aura of Suffering, whose damage increases while Victor channels it. Taking damage charges Pain Battery, so keep cover within reach. Build Card Trick charges with gunfire from cover. Save Project Mind to return to your team.
Attack an exposed enemy damage dealer if focusing Victor would leave that opponent free to shoot. If your team attacks Victor, stay outside Aura of Suffering and use healing reduction against Jumpstart. Keep Project Mind available to reach a known safe position before you are disabled.
When Victor takes lethal damage and Shocking Reanimation starts, move out of its explosion area. Keep your distance until he reanimates. After he reanimates, attack together with healing reduction if your team can finish him. Use Telekinesis on Victor, then follow with Full Auto and Card Trick while keeping Project Mind available to get away.
