Use cover to stop Shiv landing repeated Serrated Knives, which add bleed stacks and refresh their duration. Move sideways as Slice and Dice starts. Bloodletting delays some damage, so keep your distance while it takes effect. Build Card Trick charges with gunfire from cover. Save Project Mind to return to your team.
Once Slice and Dice misses, Telekinesis Shiv and follow with Card Trick to keep him off your damage dealer. Open Full Auto on him while you still have a real damage window.
