Pressure Baba while she pauses to aim. Break her firing line if Threadsap hits rather than extending the exchange into her empowered gunfire.

Full matchup plan
Mid game · Walkers
Approach from another direction after Baba throws her prepared brew. Keep Project Mind available for a safe escape rather than spending it to extend a chase.
Late game · Patron
Attack Baba from the side while she uses Feed The Birds. Stay out of the area in front of her, and keep Project Mind available for the way back to your team.
