Use cover against Vindicta’s gunfire and Assassinate. Move away from Stake’s landing point before it tethers you. Flight adds Spirit damage to her shots; use cover even when you are beneath her. Hit the enemy with Alchemical Flask before applying Binding Word so the slow makes leaving its area harder. Keep Willpower available for your own protection and movement.
Use cover while Vindicta is in Flight, and pressure her on landing only if your team can reach her safely. Flight adds Spirit damage to her shots, so Bullet resistance alone does not cover the entire exchange.
