Leave Pulse Grenade’s growing area and use cover against Kinetic Carbine. Avoid shooting through Time Wall, which stops your bullets and projectiles. Keep cover between yourself and Paradox when she can use Paradoxical Swap. Hit the enemy with Alchemical Flask before applying Binding Word so the slow makes leaving its area harder. Keep Willpower available for your own protection and movement.
Attack around Time Wall rather than through it. Keep a route back to teammates if Paradoxical Swap moves you into her position. Upgraded Time Wall can silence you as you cross it.
Keep enough space that an upgraded Paradoxical Swap cannot move several allies. If she swaps you into her team, reach cover before attacking.
