Sidestep Billy’s Rising Ram and stay clear of Bashdown’s impact and shockwave. Attack after he misses, keeping out of melee range. Use Crow Familiar before a safe shooting exchange to reduce the target’s Bullet resistance. Choose Flight positions that still leave cover within reach.
Keep space between allies when Billy can use Chain Gang. If he chains you, move behind cover to break his line of sight rather than pulling against the chain in the open. Watch for Bashdown while trying to get away.
Spread out against Chain Gang. Help anyone Billy catches from outside Bashdown’s area. Wait for upgraded Chain Gang’s Unstoppable protection to end before trying to stun Billy.
