Clear Mini Turrets you can shoot safely before taking a long fight in their range. Go around Spectral Wall or break it with melee attacks when the enemies behind it cannot punish you. Throw Consecrating Grenade at the enemy when you can follow its reduced healing with pressure. Use Gutshot toward a nearby wall when that gives you a safe stun.
Move out of Heavy Barrage’s targeted area and attack McGinnis from a route her turrets cannot cover. She can still dash during Heavy Barrage. Break Spectral Wall with melee only when you are safe from the enemies behind it.
Clear turrets that block your route to the objective, then pressure McGinnis with teammates. Move the fight outside Medicinal Specter when its healing is keeping her team alive; Heavy Barrage slows her but does not immobilize her.
