Sidestep Billy’s Rising Ram and stay clear of Bashdown’s impact and shockwave. Attack after he misses, keeping out of melee range. Throw Consecrating Grenade at the enemy when you can follow its reduced healing with pressure. Use Gutshot toward a nearby wall when that gives you a safe stun.
Keep space between allies when Billy can use Chain Gang. If he chains you, move behind cover to break his line of sight rather than pulling against the chain in the open. Watch for Bashdown while trying to get away.
