Sidestep Billy’s Rising Ram and stay clear of Bashdown’s impact and shockwave. Attack after he misses, keeping out of melee range. Set both Doorway exits before the fight and check the far side before entering. The enemy can use the same route, so the exit needs cover or teammate support.
Keep space between allies when Billy can use Chain Gang. If he chains you, move behind cover to break his line of sight rather than pulling against the chain in the open. Watch for Bashdown while trying to get away.
Spread out against Chain Gang. Help anyone Billy catches from outside Bashdown’s area. Wait for upgraded Chain Gang’s Unstoppable protection to end before trying to stun Billy. Once Billy is vulnerable to control, aim Luggage Cart to move Billy toward a position your team can attack, keeping wounded allies clear of his arrival.
