Move out of Essence Bomb and avoid repeated Malice hits. Attack Lady Geist with a bishop from range, and use cover to break the tether if Life Drain connects.

Full matchup plan
Mid game · Walkers
Keep away from Geist when she is low enough to threaten Soul Exchange. Protect an ally before her damage arrives, but do not treat a barrier as permission to walk into swap range.
Late game · Patron
Finish Geist from a position your team can support rather than chasing close with high health. Place the queen across her retreat and use healing reduction for sustained recovery; it does not prevent Soul Exchange.
