Avoid a long close fight inside Aura of Suffering, whose damage increases while Victor channels it. Taking damage charges Pain Battery, so keep cover within reach. Place Spectral Assistant near cover so you can swap back to it. Aim Vexing Bolt without leaving yourself exposed.
Attack an exposed enemy damage dealer if focusing Victor would leave that opponent free to shoot. If your team attacks Victor, stay outside Aura of Suffering and use healing reduction against Jumpstart. Place Spectral Assistant near a safer position before the fight so swapping to it gives you a useful exit.
When Victor takes lethal damage and Shocking Reanimation starts, move out of its explosion area. Keep your distance until he reanimates. After he reanimates, attack together with healing reduction if your team can finish him. Use Rabbit Hex on Victor before his next ability cast, then follow with Vexing Bolt. The hex does not interrupt an ability already running.
