Protect wounded allies before Shiv reaches them with Killing Blow. At full rage, Slice and Dice can repeat its path, so move clear after the first pass. Healing reduction limits his recovery but does not stop Bloodletting from delaying damage. Use Rabbit Hex on Shiv before his next ability cast, then follow with Vexing Bolt. The hex does not interrupt an ability already running.
