Sidestep Billy’s Rising Ram and stay clear of Bashdown’s impact and shockwave. Attack after he misses, keeping out of melee range. Place Spectral Assistant near a safer position before the fight so swapping to it gives you a useful exit.
Keep space between allies when Billy can use Chain Gang. If he chains you, move behind cover to break his line of sight rather than pulling against the chain in the open. Watch for Bashdown while trying to get away.
Spread out against Chain Gang. Help anyone Billy catches from outside Bashdown’s area. Wait for upgraded Chain Gang’s Unstoppable protection to end before trying to stun Billy. Once Billy is vulnerable to control, use Rabbit Hex on Billy before his next ability cast, then follow with Vexing Bolt. The hex does not interrupt an ability already running.
