Use cover to stop Shiv landing repeated Serrated Knives, which add bleed stacks and refresh their duration. Move sideways as Slice and Dice starts. Bloodletting delays some damage, so keep your distance while it takes effect. Use Boot Kick to move away from a nearby enemy, then shoot the marked target with Slam Fire.
Recover health before returning to a fight where Killing Blow can execute you. Dodge Slice and Dice and attack Shiv from range while you are wounded.
Protect wounded allies before Shiv reaches them with Killing Blow. At full rage, Slice and Dice can repeat its path, so move clear after the first pass. Healing reduction limits his recovery but does not stop Bloodletting from delaying damage. In human form, use Slam Fire when you have a clear shot on Shiv.
