Avoid Entangling Thorns and stop attacking Ivy while Stone Form makes her impervious. Stay clear of her landing, then resume when she can take damage again. Once Ivy is targetable and you are clear of her landing, use Slam Fire when you have a clear shooting opportunity. Boot Kick pushes you off the enemy it hits; follow with a shot on that marked target if you can do so safely.
Pressure Ivy’s linked ally when you can reach them safely, and use terrain or displacement to separate the pair. Break Kudzu Connection’s line of sight.
