Late game · Patron
Clear turrets that block your route to the objective, then pressure McGinnis with teammates. Move the fight outside Medicinal Specter when its healing is keeping her team alive; Heavy Barrage slows her but does not immobilize her. Throw Serrated Knives from range. Use Killing Blow on McGinnis when they are below its execution threshold and your team can support you.
