Use cover against Power Slash’s charge and keep a route back to your teammate when Yamato uses Flying Slash. Crimson Slash heals her when it hits a hero, so avoid letting her hit both of you at close range. Use Pillow Toss to knock the approaching enemy away, and keep a reachable ally near safety for Tag Along.
Hold damage during Shadow Transformation’s initial invincibility. Yamato returns with refreshed abilities, high resistance and immunity to negative effects. Move away if your team cannot fight through them.
Protect wounded teammates during Shadow Transformation; kills heal Yamato and extend it. Attack together after it ends.
