Use cover to stop Shiv landing repeated Serrated Knives, which add bleed stacks and refresh their duration. Move sideways as Slice and Dice starts. Bloodletting delays some damage, so keep your distance while it takes effect. Use Pillow Toss to knock the approaching enemy away, and keep a reachable ally near safety for Tag Along.
