Use cover against Charged Shot and leave room to dodge sideways. Watch for Spirit Snare on the route toward him: its curse prevents attacks, ability casts and item use. Close the distance only when you have a safe route. Use Pillow Toss to knock the approaching enemy away, and keep a reachable ally near safety for Tag Along.
Use cover during Rain of Arrows instead of crossing open ground beneath Grey Talon. Listen for Guided Owl and move away from teammates so its explosion cannot hit several of you.
Deny Grey Talon a clear firing line on wounded allies. Move between cover and check for Spirit Snare before pursuing him after Rain of Arrows. Use Pillow Toss to push Grey Talon away from the ally he is pursuing, while keeping Tag Along available for a wounded teammate.
