Launch Flying Cloak toward cover and teleport before your movement is disabled. Keep Enchanter’s Satchel for incoming damage, without letting the cloak expire while you wait inside.
Keep space between allies when Billy can use Chain Gang. If he chains you, move behind cover to break his line of sight rather than pulling against the chain in the open. Watch for Bashdown while trying to get away.
Spread out against Chain Gang. Help anyone Billy catches from outside Bashdown’s area. Wait for upgraded Chain Gang’s Unstoppable protection to end before trying to stun Billy. Pressure Billy with Barrage before getting close, then keep Flying Cloak available for a safe exit after your close-range damage.
