Sidestep Billy’s Rising Ram and stay clear of Bashdown’s impact and shockwave. Attack after he misses, keeping out of melee range. Hit an enemy hero with Scorn when you need its stronger healing. Use Sand Blast against gunfire; it does not stop ability casts.
Keep space between allies when Billy can use Chain Gang. If he chains you, move behind cover to break his line of sight rather than pulling against the chain in the open. Watch for Bashdown while trying to get away.
Spread out against Chain Gang. Help anyone Billy catches from outside Bashdown’s area. Wait for upgraded Chain Gang’s Unstoppable protection to end before trying to stun Billy. Once Billy is vulnerable to control, use Combo on Billy only when your teammates can damage him during the hold and protect you while you channel.
