Use cover to stop Shiv landing repeated Serrated Knives, which add bleed stacks and refresh their duration. Move sideways as Slice and Dice starts. Bloodletting delays some damage, so keep your distance while it takes effect. Shoot from cover, then use Rake when the enemy is low. Keep Sanguine Retreat for the way back.
