Check the ground for Hex-Lined Snap Trap and shoot visible traps before getting closer. Avoid fighting with a wall behind you, where Gutshot can stun you. Move away from allies if Consecrating Grenade sets you on fire. Place Powder Keg beside the wave and shoot it when the enemy enters its blast area.
Use cover when Venator loads Ira Domini. Avoid narrow routes where Gutshot or Hex-Lined Snap Trap can hold you for his next shot.
Use solid cover when Venator loads Ira Domini. Wait for him to fire the stakes or for the active timer to expire before advancing; blessed stakes can execute low-health enemies. If Venator is reachable, prepare Bounce Pad toward your team before using Spirit Lasso. Use the pad while dragging him to extend the lasso.
