Use cover to stop Shiv landing repeated Serrated Knives, which add bleed stacks and refresh their duration. Move sideways as Slice and Dice starts. Bloodletting delays some damage, so keep your distance while it takes effect. Aim at the enemy your Deadheads should attack. Put Grasping Hands across their route toward you.
Recover health before returning to a fight where Killing Blow can execute you. Dodge Slice and Dice and attack Shiv from range while you are wounded.
Protect wounded allies before Shiv reaches them with Killing Blow. At full rage, Slice and Dice can repeat its path, so move clear after the first pass. Healing reduction limits his recovery but does not stop Bloodletting from delaying damage. Aim your weapon at Shiv so your nearby Deadheads prioritize the same target. Keep Grasping Hands between yourself and an enemy trying to reach you.
