Use cover to stop Shiv landing repeated Serrated Knives, which add bleed stacks and refresh their duration. Move sideways as Slice and Dice starts. Bloodletting delays some damage, so keep your distance while it takes effect. Land Light Eater, then shoot that target for its extra damage and lifesteal.
Recover health before returning to a fight where Killing Blow can execute you. Dodge Slice and Dice and attack Shiv from range while you are wounded.
