Move around Lightning Ball and stand away from a teammate carrying Static Charge. The charge damages and stuns nearby members of your team after a delay. Attack Seven after avoiding the ball and delayed stun. Land Light Eater, then shoot that target for its extra damage and lifesteal.
Use solid cover during Storm Cloud. A stun can interrupt Seven while he is vulnerable to it; silence will not stop him channeling.
Keep cover within reach before contesting an objective against Storm Cloud. Interrupt Seven from safety if you can; otherwise leave his line of sight. Mark Seven with Light Eater, then shoot from a position near cover.
