Full matchup plan
Mid game · Walkers
Keep space between allies so Singularity cannot catch everyone. If Dynamo catches a teammate, interrupt him from outside Singularity’s radius.
Late game · Patron
Keep an ally outside Singularity’s reach to interrupt Dynamo if he catches your team. If you cannot interrupt him, stay outside Singularity’s radius and use cover from his teammates. Mark Dynamo with Light Eater, then shoot from a position near cover.
