Frozen Shelter heals Kelvin’s allies and blocks passage through its boundary. Fight an exposed enemy outside the dome or use the time to reposition.
Spread out against upgraded Arctic Beam. If Frozen Shelter blocks your attack, wait for it to end. If trapped inside, keep your distance while it heals Kelvin’s team. Prepare Scalding Brew before the attack, then throw it at Kelvin when your teammates can follow with damage.
