Keep space between allies when Billy can use Chain Gang. If he chains you, move behind cover to break his line of sight rather than pulling against the chain in the open. Watch for Bashdown while trying to get away.
Late game · Patron
Spread out when Billy moves close enough to use Chain Gang. Use Feed The Birds from outside his reach while teammates keep him occupied, and leave if he turns toward your casting position.
