Early game · first 8 minutes
Do not last-hit in the open while Charged Shot is ready. Use Shoulder Charge when he walks up, or after the charged shot is spent. Expect Spirit Snare on the retreat path — do not dash onto it.

Full matchup plan
Mid game · Walkers
Use cover during Rain of Arrows instead of crossing open ground beneath Grey Talon. Listen for Guided Owl and move away from teammates so its explosion cannot hit several of you.
Late game · Patron
Deny Grey Talon a clear firing line on wounded allies. Move between cover and check for Spirit Snare before pursuing him after Rain of Arrows. Stun Grey Talon against a nearby wall with Shoulder Charge, then use Siphon Life while your team attacks.
